Boilermakers - FIFO 3:1 Roster East CoastLiberty Industrial is currently seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our National Maintenance Division on a 3/1 FIFO (Fly In, Fly Out) Roster. This is a permanent role FIFO from East Coast.
The Role You will be engaged on a 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster with major projects Australia-wide, responsible for repairing and maintaining our fleet of large earthmoving and specialised demolition equipment. We pride ourselves on our extensive fleet of low-hour and highly specialised plant and equipment, including 200T, 120T, and 48T high-reach excavators.

Maximise your earning potential with the option to take on overtime with penalty rates.Flights, accommodation and all meals provided, plus paid travel time.Potential for annual company bonus.All of the training and support required to ensure you are site ready and compliant!Skills & Experience Qualified Tradesperson with Certificate III in Fabrication or Welding.Current Driver's License.Preferably 3+ years post trade experience.Strong knowledge and recent experience with heavy mobile plant equipment, including earthmoving machinery.Fabrication and welding to a high standard. MIG, Stick, cutting, and gouging experience essential.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines both independently and in a team environment.An excellent work ethic, a team player and a knowledge sharer.Promotes a safety culture and has a strong safety mindset.Highly desirable but not essential - WP ticket, Telehandler/forklift ticket.The successful candidate must undergo full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and Federal Police Check prior to employment.
