The ideal candidate will be experienced with: (Desirable) Bulk cooking, work in a professional kitchen, food safety platform, and HACCP.
We also consider minimal experience.
To be considered you must have / be willing to obtain: Chef Trade Certificate (Minimum of Cert III in Commercial Cookery or higher) National Police Clearance (Within 6 months) Right to Work in Australia Medical + Drug & Alcohol Screen COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate + Booster (if Eligible) White Card(advantageous) Standard S11 certificate (advantageous) COAL BOARD MEDICAL(advantageous) ISI Induction (advantageous) 4wd certificate (advantageous) The Process All shortlisted personnel must be able to attend a face-to-face or zoom interview and pass a full pre-employment medical as well as drug & alcohol testing prior to employment.
