Boilermaker/Welder

The FIFO points offered for this position will be from Cairns or Darwin only; any applicants who reside elsewhere would be required to travel to and from one of these locations at their own expense.
Meals and accommodation will be provided whilst on site.
To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following essential criteria (or be willing to obtain prior to mobilising): Ability to pass  Flux Core and/or Stick weld tests on site; Demonstrated experience working in heavy industrial, construction or mining environments (structural steel experience highly regarded); Trade qualification; High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform over 11m (WP); Current Manual Driver's Licence; and Working at Heights & Confined Space Entry - current within 2 years of issue date.
A complete, site-specific pre-employment medical assessment which includes fucntional capacity evaluation and drug and alcohol testing will be required.
Random and ongoing drug and alcohol testing will also be conducted once on site.
