About the Client Pace have joined with a client with with over 35years history manufacturing products and servicing the mining and mineral processing industries using unique engineering and technology.
Producing high quality, high performance specialized machines.
REQUIRED Trade-qualified in the area of Metal Fabrication or Boilermaker Expertise in flat plate fabrication  Experience with Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) Experience in reading and interpreting Engineering drawings Demonstrated organisation and time management skills Ability to work in a team environment  Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to approach situations with a positive 'can-do' attitude Ability to take direction, respond positively to criticism, and be proactive Possession of a current QLD 'C' Class Open Driver's licence DESIRABLE Post-trade certified in AS1796 certificates 7, 8G and 9 Experience in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Experience with Lean Manufacturing Toolkits experience Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office software Current "MR" drivers licence, forklift licence and overhead crane licence all an advantage.
