Your Role in Action
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Carrying out repairs and modifications to all rail infrastructure, including general fabrication.Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance, active involvement, and coaching to ensure safe working procedures are achieved.Scope Work: Assist in the identification of the scope of work required, ensuring work orders and permits are completed accurately and on time, maintaining compliance and efficiency.Uphold Quality and Teamwork: Work within a collaborative environment, conducting inspections, identifying problems, and implementing improvements to ensure the highest quality standards.Your Winning Combination
Our ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade, along with a current medium rigid truck licence, and a manual driver's license. If you have additional certificates, that's a plus; Basic Rigger and Dogger HRWL would be highly regarded! If you don't, we're here to help you learn and grow in your role!

The salary offered will be commensurate with individual skills and experience. The indicative salary range is $79,000 to $95,900 per annum.
