JL MCFADZEN DIESEL SERVICES is currently on the look out for experienced Boilermakers to join our team after winning the Track Crew Maintenance Contract at the KCGM Superpit located in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. About the Role: 2:1 Days/Nights roster - DIDO Residential or FIFO from Perth
2:2 Days/Nights roster - DIDO Residential or FIFO from Perth
Service, fabricate, repair and maintain a variety of HME equipment (Hitachi, Liebherr, Komatsu and Caterpillar excavators/shovels and dozers). Maintain, rebuild excavator and shovel attachments. Maintain bucket wear package and GET on all heavy machine equipment. Carry out major crack repairs as required. Work with Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium. Maintain an efficient, safe, clean and tidy work area to the highest standards. Deliver a high level of professionalism and work collaboratively within a team. About you: Australian recognised Boilermaker Trade Certificate. Post-trade experience minimum 2 years. Extensive knowledge on Hitachi, Liebherr, Komatsu and Caterpillar equipment. Australian Working Rights. Valid Driver's License. Meet our pre-employment medical criteria (including drug and alcohol screening). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excavator and shovel relocation. Hydraulic tunes, pump flows, general maintenance, and all diagnostic repairs. Hydraulic system and component failure analysis. Powerpack and Motivator hire. Machine recovery. Specialised tooling hire. We also carry out maintenance and diagnostics on all mining and construction machinery holding vendors with some of the leading companies in the mining industry.
