About the Opportunity: We are looking for a dedicated Stores Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for receiving and storing general and perishable goods within the venue.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated a minimum of two years of experience as a Storeperson in a restaurant environment or similar Food safety knowledge is advantageous Exceptional organisational skills Demonstrated ability to keep detailed and accurate records Demonstrated experience in successfully managing stock levels and flow to minimise stock outages, overages and duplication Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office Previous experience with H&L highly advantageous Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent communication and time management skills Able to lift goods/equipment up to 20kg Understanding of OH&S and work safe practices Must have full work rights in Australia Working with Lucas Restaurants: We exist to see our team succeed.
