Be part of the Tesla revolution where innovation, sustainability, and exceptional craftsmanship converge.  Planned opening: Q3, 2024. **Apply to this posting as an expression of interest for future opportunities What You'll Do High quality spray application of Primers, Sealers, Basecoats, and Clearcoats  Spraying approximately 6 (Fully Prepped) RO's per day (2 Bumper, 1 - six panel jobs, 3 - Two to three panel jobs) in state-of-the-art Downdraft spray booths  Work closely with Prep Staff and other Painters to meet work demands as a team  Invisible basecoat colour blending  Application of 2 and 3 stage colours What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience refinishing cars in an automotive collision repair environment utilizing urethane based refinish systems   Able to produce sprayed finishes with little or no dirt and a consistent gloss and texture matching the OEM finish without the need to sand and buff  Willingness to work overtime if required  Any certification in I-Car Australia is a plus  Valid Driver's License with a good driving record  Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedures Experience with operations and maintenance of a wide variety of hand and power tools, shop tools, test equipment  Must be willing to train others  Must be comfortable working in a collision shop environment Benefits In addition to a competitive compensation package, Tesla Australia is pleased to offer the following benefits for permanent employees: Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Parental leave (no minimum employment period) Primary carers – 18 weeks at full pay or 36 weeks half pay Secondary carers – 6 weeks full pay Employee Vehicle Loan Program Novated Leasing (AU only) Well-being Fund – An annual allowance for all employees to support their well-being in ways that are meaningful to them Bike to work – $10 per day if you cycle to work Birthday Leave & Volunteer Leave
