We're currently seeking a Body Corporate/Strata Manager to join our well-established team, based in Adelaide on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of a Strata and Community Title portfolio. You'll collaborate closely with an Assistant Body Corporate Manager to help with administrative tasks and addressing client queries.
Duties include: Setting budgets and monitoring financial accountsAttending to work order requests and arranging building maintenanceBuilding and maintaining relationships with clientsCorresponding with committees and ownersInterpreting and relaying legislationProviding exceptional customer serviceDay-to-day client interaction and problem solvingEssential to this role is the capacity to build meaningful professional relationships and the ability to relate to a broad cross-section of clients and truly understand their needs. Provision of accurate information, delivered in a timely manner will underpin this position.
