Body Corporate Lawyer

Strong Qld Based firm has a practice of industry-leading lawyers with experience in providing body corporate advice, transaction support, and dispute resolution services.
Having won numerous industry awards, they are truly leaders in this industry.

This firm has an opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, high-performing lawyer (1-5 year PAE) to work in the dedicated body corporate team.

The role is to cater for growth in the firm and practice; therefore, career opportunities are endless.
There are currently seven in the body corporate team and over 30 staff in the firm.

The role offers the opportunity to work directly with the partner, including in the following areas:

Assignments and variations;By-law reviews and enforcement;Community management statement advice;Building management statement advice;General body corporate advice;Non-litigious body corporate disputes.The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they have:

Strong academic results;An interest in body corporate law;A willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop;Attention to detail;Excellent communication and organisational skills;A client-service-focused approach.Experience with body corporate law would be an advantage but not essential.

Remuneration will be commensurate with PAE and experience.
