Job DescriptionBoart Longyear has been a leading provider of drilling products and services to the global minerals industry for over 130 years.
As the industry's only integrated drilling services and products provider, we combine engineering excellence, global manufacturing facilities, and the most experienced drilling services group in the industry.This diverse role provides administration and financial accounting support to the Australia and Asia Logistics and Products teams.
This is a junior role, but will be exposed to a range of different areas of the business with significant room for growth and advancement in any number of areas.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:Overall responsibility for APAC transporter AP invoice reconciliationComplete data entry and provide administration supportProvide support and complete related accounting and administrative tasksDaily, weekly & monthly Supplier invoice reconciliations and codingPurchase Order and Work Order creationResponsible for data integrity / database integrityAdhering to company policies and proceduresSupport internal / external audit reviewsAssisting with continuous process improvement initiativeThe role will also be involved with cost coding to departments and projects, as well as regular communication with the Accounts Payable team.A few other things we're looking for:Certificate or related qualifications in Accounting or Finance2+ years' experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similarAccurate data entry skillsMicrosoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong time-management skillsHighest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and precisionEffective organisational skillsAbility to partner with local, international, and cross-functional teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of the International and Domestic Logistics industry will be highly regardedTo express your interest in this role, apply via the link.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we thank all who apply but will only be contacting those selected for an interview.Respectfully, no recruitment agencies please.Function: Supply ChainAuto req ID: 15320BRRegion (Business Group): APACCountry: AustraliaState / Province: South AustraliaCity: Adelaide
