About the role We are currently looking for a Boardroom Attendant who has apassion for delivering exceptional service to clients. Joining ourSydney corporate catering team in a permanent full-time capacity,you will be working Monday to Friday weekly, with a rotating rosteroffering the set hours of 8.00am – 4.30pm and 8.30am –5.00pm. As some of our functions may take place after hours, youwill need to be flexible with extended working hours during theweek.
In this role, you will cater for a variety of client and staffevents ranging from coffee catch-ups and morning or afternoon teasto formal lunches, cocktail events and large seminar functions. Youwill deliver first-class service at all times and ensure all tasksare completed correctly, efficiently and professionally whilerepresenting the Catering team.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for, but are notlimited to include:
Meeting room set up and resetting the room at theconclusion of a meetingProducing Barista made coffee and the delivery of beveragesfor meetingsDaily cleaning/maintenance of the coffee machineAssisting with the preparation and serving of meals forclients/PartnersAll kitchenhand and cleaning duties as required includingpacking/unpacking the dishwashersReplenishing stock levels and hygiene standards in thestaff kitchenetteAbout you You have experience in hospitality, providing excellent clientservice daily. Previous experience in professional service firms orcorporate catering is highly regarded. You are well-presented,friendly, have a flexible approach and take pride in what youdo.

A commitment to delivering outstanding professionalserviceBarista experience is highly regarded, however, one of oursenior team members is ready to teach youExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability tocommunicate effectively at all levelsAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstratediscretionGood organisational and prioritisation skillsA team player attitude with the demonstrated ability towork proactively and collaborativelyCurrent Food Safety and NSW RSA certificationsMaddocks is simply a great place to do great work.
