The opportunity: This role is responsible for all aspects of a child's developmental program, from assessment, IEP development, monitoring and adapting for progress, training parents and stakeholders. Working with a collaborative allied health team, you will support children and their families in all aspects of developmental skills, behaviour, relationships and daily activities using the science of applied behaviour analysis. What do you need to join? Enrolled or completed post graduate study in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related. A current certificate as a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst or working towards this certification. A passion to work with and teach children and/or young adults' life skills. Hands-on experience delivering and supervising ABA or educational programs for autistic children and young adults. Proven ability to create and monitor individualised programs. Ability to conduct functional assessments and design function-based behaviour support plans. Clear communication, high level autonomy and organisation. Positive, can-do attitude. Ongoing commitment to professional development.
