The opportunity We have a fixed term contract available until the end of October 2024. An opportunity to play a crucial role in providing timely and efficient assistance to the Chief Risk Officer and supporting the Company Secretary with board governance and administrative matters. You will manage a variety of tasks including scheduling and planning meetings and events, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling committee meetings, reports, and presentations. This dynamic role will allow you to utilize your project coordination expertise while liaising with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally. Embrace the opportunity to be an integral part the Risk & Governance team, where no two days are the same, and make a significant impact on the smooth operation of our executive and board functions.
What you'll bring Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to operate calmly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that no task is overlooked. You can quickly build credibility and trust with colleagues and stakeholders. Experience in providing company secretarial and governance support is preferred, along with a background in working within a highly regulated environment. Discretion and confidentiality are, of course, essential for success in this role.
The successful applicant will be a self-starter and will have:
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional or corporate environmentProven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsA proactive and task-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detailAn ability to maintain discretion, judgment and confidentialityExcellent time management, problem solving, verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with others or across large teams in a respectful, collaborative and efficient mannerWhy CareSuper?
