Configuration and programming of BMS/HVAC control systems. Carry out scheduled routine maintenance in a specific region improving energy efficiency. Diverse role which can include commissioning and small project works. Liaising with clients recommending upgrades, integration and building efficiency. Report Writing - Producing accurate service reports. Respond to client service requests, programming and point to point scheduling. Relationship building and support with existing and new customer service. Investigating and diagnosing faults Providing technical support & Commissioning Reports as required Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Proven experience in programming and commissioning BMS/HVAC systems Extensive knowledge and understanding of IP related protocols, networking and communications Strong knowledge of Controls Protocols includingBACnet and Modbus Ability to read wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, standards and plant operating instructions Restricted Electrical Licence Current Australian Drivers Licence Culture & Benefits:A close-knit culture within a mature environment offering flexibility of some working from home when programming, work autonomously and plan your days
