BMS Project Engineer - Healthcare & Education projectsLocation: Inner East Melbourne
Company: Award winning BMS contractor that has worked across the healthcare and education sectors in Melbourne and regional Victoria for many years with a large repeat client base with both public and private sector clients.
Due to a recent restructure, there is an immediate requirement for an experienced BMS project engineer to join the projects division.
Position: As BMS project engineer, you will report to the head of projects and be accountable for full engineering that will include:
Solutions designFDsPoints listProcurement / selectionCommissioningYou will work on projects where you will be able to have more of an impact on the delivery and quality of the project due to the nature of the relationship with the client.
You will either work directly for the building owner or through a HVAC contractor where they have been instructed to work with you from the end client.
You: To be successful, you will have previous experience in a similar role as a BMS project engineer and also be able to demonstrate the following:
Full BMS engineeringLead BMS commissioning activities (desirable)Experienced with Tridium Niagara (desirable)Strong HVAC fundamentalsWork well with a team whilst also having self-driveBenefits: You will be paid an attractive remuneration package that will reflect the value you will bring to your new employer.
