The Role Reporting into the NSW Manager, the Project Manager will join the ranks and help build and assist mid to large-scale BMS projects.
Main tasks of the role would include: Effectively deliver profitable completion of project(s), meeting customer quality and delivery expectations.
Scope and Change Management (Variations, EOT's, etc).
Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management.
Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Risk Response Plans.
Procurement Management, Financial Management, Claim Management.
Maintaining strong relations with Clients and external contractors.
Requirements It is preferred that Project Managers applying already have BMS Project Management experience in Australia to make a positive impact with their new team.
Those with experience overseas must be working to a similar scale and standard, such as in New Zealand or the UK.
You will have worked on a range of projects during your career, including commercial, schools, government health, and data centers, preferably with an upper-tier contractor.
PMs with smaller scale project experience may also be considered based on their potential.
