About the role
Reporting to the Contract Manager you will be responsible for:
Preparing scopes of work Working in a team of 3-4 This will be an onsite role on a large community infrastructure project Preparing monthly cost reports and forecasts Administrating the head and sub-contracts Progress payments Dealing with any variations or contractual matters that arise About you 4+ years experience in construction as a CA Preferably have commercial design and construct experience Have great communication and negotiating skills Ability to work in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive successful commercial outcomes for the company What's on Offer $160K-$180K salary package Working with one of Melbourne's top design and construct commercial builders Working on new build projects up to $40 million Ballarat Office Location The Builder & Culture:
