Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager / Project Manager who is deeply passionate about digital marketing and thrives in client-facing roles.
This full-time position requires a strategic thinker who can nurture key client relationships, lead impactful campaigns, and ensure every project runs smoothly from inception to execution.
In this role, you'll also oversee a team of digital marketing professionals , providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure team performance aligns with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
Lead client meetings, ensuring transparency, trust, and clear communication.
Oversee the delivery of digital campaigns, meeting timelines and budgets.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimise workflows and project outcomes.
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of market trends and integrate innovative strategies into campaigns.
Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals , fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews to drive success.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years experience in a senior account management or project management role within a digital marketing agency.
Proven experience in managing and leading teams , with a focus on team growth and performance.
Strong background in executing and managing digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, Google).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello).
Analytical mindset with a proven track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Resilient problem-solver with a collaborative spirit.
Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools.
Adaptable, quick learner, and proactive team player.
