Bulga open cut is seeking a Blast Supervisor to lead an established and high performing blast team to safely and efficiently execute support activities to achieve the mine plan.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Supervise, instruct and monitor team members involved in daily blasting activitiesLead by example by providing visible and credible direction to achieve a safe and efficient outcomeIdentify and communicate risks associated with health, safety, and environmental impactsOversee people management issues in area of responsibility including development of your teamContribute to planning and allocation of resources within area of responsibility About you:


You have an extensive understanding of Drill and Blast processes with strong leadership & interpersonal skills.
You will also have the following skills & experience:
