Blast and Paint Supervisor / QC

to join our

Bunbury team.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to lead and supervise our excellent team of skilled and trained Blast and Painters within our Bunbury based and site Operations.

To be successful for this position, you must possess the following essential experience:

Experience in Supervising Site Operations

Ability to conduct QA inspections and testing as per ITP

Previous experience running teams, managing individuals and communicating between different trades

Estimation knowledge and experience would be highly desired but not essential.

Ability to create, revise and/or submit documentation such as coating reports, ITP's, JSEA's etc.

The demonstrated ability to ensure that quality work is completed safely, on time and within budget

Reliability in planning, reporting, communicating and ensuring compliance with internal and legislative commitments and obligations

The demonstrated ability to lead in the area of Health and Safety

Experience with 2-pack paints
