About the Role
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for leveraging off their and your existing relationships to further develop their authorised representative network.
This is a market facing role where you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with smaller broking companies and bringing them on board.

Proactively identify and target new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, lasting broker and insurer relationships.
Meet/exceed targets to grow the business.
Attend networking events and industry functions.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a business development role within the insurer or broking space.
Strong working knowledge of general insurance and how broking firms work.
Ideally you will have a solid understanding of how an authorised representative broking model works.
Self-motivated and results orientated with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team.
Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
