As a Brand & Marketing Strategist , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the Blackwood brand across all digital and traditional platforms.
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance our digital presence, engage our audience, and strengthen our reputation as a leader in custom home building.
In this role, you'll oversee the creation of high-quality content, drive website development projects, and manage social media and digital campaigns—empowering Blackwood to connect with its audience in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy that reflects Blackwood's values and purpose.
Lead the creation and launch of a new custom website , ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Manage and grow Blackwood's social media presence , driving engagement through relevant and authentic content.
Create and produce high-quality content, including copywriting, photography, and video production/editing .
Optimize digital content for SEO to increase visibility and website traffic.
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide insights to improve marketing outcomes.
Collaborate with the Client Manager, Directors, and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
Act as the custodian of the Blackwood brand, ensuring all communication is aligned with our core values and resonates with our target audience.
About You
We're looking for a strategic thinker and creative storyteller who excels at both planning and hands-on execution.
To succeed in this role, you will:
Have proven experience in developing and executing brand and digital marketing strategies .
Be skilled at managing custom website projects , from concept and content creation to launch.
Have expertise in social media management and content production.
Possess strong copywriting and visual content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Be knowledgeable in SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics .
Have experience with design and video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite ).
Be highly organized and have exceptional time management skills to manage multiple projects.
Thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently to achieve goals.
