Blackshaw Real Estate | Property Manager

This role will include:
Working as part of our experienced PM team to manage a portfolio Conducting routine inspections / ingoing inspections / final inspections Maintenance and work orders Creating leasing and property management documents Liaising with clients Advertising rental properties Overall day to day management of a rental portfolio Arrears management Using our PM software including Agentbox, Property Me, Inspection express & Inspect Real Estate Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint Ensure compliance with property legislation and best practices Collaborating closely with our BDM and Leasing Consultant The successful candidate should have the following:
Excellent customer service skills and experience Be professionally presented Be consistent and highly reliable Property Management experience required Love coming to work and making a positive contribution in a team environment Strong attention to detail An Australian driver's licence and reliable car Real estate registration or licence required Why choose Blackshaw?
