A leading provider in the energy sector is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Digital Division. This dynamic team supports Customer & Market Systems, responsible for managing revenue generation processes and external interactions with customers and suppliers. The position is integral to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while optimising customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and convert business requirements into actionable plans. Assist in maintaining the project Requirements Traceability Matrix and support project teams in managing scope and objectives. Work with SMEs, vendors, and project teams to define and document technical and business data migration requirements. Provide advice on project methodologies, MVP approaches, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards across all work practices. Support IT risk mitigation and contribute to resolving project-level issues to deliver outcomes effectively. Develop clear documentation, including business process models, data models, and technical specifications. Enhance in-house applications to improve user experience and functionality. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong working relationships. About You:
Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis techniques to deliver functional specifications for complex systems. Knowledge of business analysis techniques, Microsoft D365 and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to engage technical resources, senior executives, and external partners. Proficient in creating accurate business process models and information/data models. Experienced in Customer Information Systems, CRM, Meter Data Management Systems, and Billing Systems. Familiar with market transactions, end-to-end customer and market processes, and AEMO market rules. Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Quality Centre. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a track record of presenting issues and solutions effectively.
