Our Melbourne based client is an established, family-owned organisation that develops and manufactures a vast range of sustainable plastics for large retail companies globally. With their HQ based in Melbourne, they are operating across 35+ countries worldwide.
Responsibilities
Market research & consumer trend analysis, ensuring concepts are highly commercial and leading the market style, innovation, and price points. Prototyping of design concepts using a variety of methods – mock-ups, 3D printing, and working with the in-house design team. Interpreting concept designs into Solidworks. Assisting and mentoring Junior designers. Ensuring all products meet safety, sustainability & quality standards. Your Background/Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Industrial Design/Product Design Engineering. Minimum 5 years' industry experience. Extensive experience with injection moulded products. Extensive Solidworks experience. Benefits
