The Tasmania team is looking for an experienced Seasonal Harvest Coordinator to join the Blackberry team, overseeing and coordinating the management of the harvest of Blackberries for the upcoming season.
About You In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing supervision to the Harvest Support team, offering coaching and guidance where needed. Monitoring quality performance of teams. Planning and coordinating staff, equipment, and resources by the crop. Ensuring quality standards are being met and quality systems are adhered to. Monitoring harvest costs and product quality. Coaching and developing your team to enable them to achieve KPIs. About the Role To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role as well as:
Supporting the Farm Manager in developing and maintaining a block picking plan. Supporting the Farm Manager in establishing and maintaining the required number of crews in line with fruit volumes and picking plans. Ensuring appropriate resources are available for harvest crews, including labour and equipment. Acting as a point of contact for queries from Field Harvest Supervisors and Crews.
