Blackbelt Improvements Lead

Planning and Execution: Use structured methodologies/processes ie Six Sigma (Green Belt/ Black Belt) to identify and implement improvement initiatives.Establish project plans, monitor progress, and coordinate team activities. Opportunity Analysis: Identify areas for improvement, analyze processes and workflows. Process Improvement: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes, and Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery. Operational Cost Efficiencies: Experience in problem solving, familiarity with data-driven decision-making.Have the ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations. Change Management: Lead and manage teams through, address resistance to change. Performance Measurement: Establish key metrics to track improvement initiatives, monitor progress and adjust strategies. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating and engaging with stakeholders from various departments or teams. Have prior experience working with NBN / Telco operations.Familiarity with NBN processes, infrastructure, and stakeholders would be valuable.
