The role As the Business Administration Manager, you will be fully responsible for company hiring and recruitment, and for grant management. You will be a cornerstone of the company's process and administrative needs and will interact with various teams on strategic projects including the creation of offsite events, demonstrations, logistics, customs, budgeting, and procurement.
This role has a lot of growth potential and wears many hats; therefore, it should be held by someone who is highly ambitious and excited to grow and apply their problem-solving abilities across many distinct areas.

Bring recruitment and hiring industry knowledge in-house to help set up Aquila for high growth. Responsibilities Manage and innovate around our company processes and policies. Business administration including collaborating with accounts teams, handling invoices, customs, and sometimes budget and spending tracking. Communicate and ensure successful completion of grant commitments, including evidence, documentation, financial materials, and support in the application for new and future grants. Development of hiring pipelines, implementation of intentional and extensive recruitment, as well as management of interviews, job descriptions, and hiring processes. Marketing and media support including implementing recruitment marketing strategies and news story management. Coordination and organisation of logistics for company events including annual offsite, Christmas parties, and Demo days, and organizing company events both in-house and off-site. Ownership over the day-to-day office operations including deliveries, plants, and coffee. Provide administrative support to various teams, including scheduling meetings and handling travel arrangements. Management of our external communications and social media. Foster a positive and collaborative office culture, promoting teamwork and employee engagement. Support business development initiatives by conducting research and assisting with proposal creation. Procurement of technical equipment in collaboration with the COO on critical suppliers and technical teams to accelerate the whole company critical path. #J-18808-Ljbffr
