What You'll Do: Develop & Implement Procedures : Collaborate with Workshop Managers and the Training Department to create and refine procedures, integrating them into training programs to promote safe, efficient operations. Maintain Work Instruction Library : Ensure all workshop procedures are documented, current, and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Drive Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for business improvements and support their implementation within workshop operations. Support Compliance : Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate for Success : Work closely with key internal teams, including Training Coordinators, Safety & Sustainability teams, and Workshop Managers. Key Requirements: Must Haves : Bachelor's degree or trade qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial preferred) or a related field. Proven experience in a workshop or industrial environment, with a deep understanding of operations and equipment maintenance. Strong experience in developing and implementing internal procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Knowledge of compliance standards, safety regulations, and QMS document control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance workshop processes. Nice to Haves : Familiarity with underground mining equipment and associated hydraulic systems. Understanding of maintenance requirements for Explosion-protected Diesel Engine Systems (ExDES) and Flameproof systems. Knowledge of the JDE system. Why You Should Apply:
