What You'll Do : Develop & Implement Procedures: Collaborate with Workshop Managers and the Training Department to create and refine procedures, integrating them into training programs to promote safe, efficient operations.Maintain Work Instruction Library: Ensure all workshop procedures are documented, current, and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS).Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for business improvements and support their implementation within workshop operations.Support Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate for Success: Work closely with key internal teams, including Training Coordinators, Safety & Sustainability teams, and Workshop Managers.Key Requirements: Must Haves:Bachelor's degree or trade qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial preferred) or a related field.Proven experience in a workshop or industrial environment, with a deep understanding of operations and equipment maintenance.Strong experience in developing and implementing internal procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.Knowledge of compliance standards, safety regulations, and QMS document control.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance workshop processes.Nice to Haves:Familiarity with underground mining equipment and associated hydraulic systems.Understanding of maintenance requirements for Explosion-protected Diesel Engine Systems (ExDES) and Flameproof systems.Knowledge of the JDE system.Why You Should Apply: You'll be part of a team that values safety and continuous improvement while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
