Biochar Production Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Biochar Machine Operator to join our team in Carwarp, Victoria. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our biochar manufacturing equipment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate biochar and bagging machines to ensure accurate coding, dating, and weighing.Reset machines in cases of malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks.Monitor and manipulate machine controls to minimize material waste and optimize production.Attach identification labels to finished products and record machine settings, temperature, and pressure ratings on machine logs.Report any maintenance issues and collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve them.RequirementsExperience working with machine operation and maintenance.Full driver's license and Victorian Forklift License.What We OfferWe offer a rewarding career opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.
