About the OpportunityCBS Printing is seeking a skilled Bindery/Print Finishing Operator to join its team in Smeaton Grange, NSW.
Reporting to the Production Manager, this is a hands-on role that involves operating a variety of bindery equipment, supporting production schedules, and contributing to a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities: Operating bindery equipment including guillotines, MBO folders, Horizon stitchers, and Morgana scorersManaging cutting, folding, stitching, scoring, and drilling processes to meet production deadlinesPrioritising your workflow and leading by example to achieve team objectivesMaintaining quality control and troubleshooting machinery as neededSupporting despatch and general production tasks as requiredAbout YouAs the ideal candidate, you are a motivated, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to help build a performing culture.
