Reporting to our Quality Assurance Manager at our retail-ready facility in Burleigh Heads, we're seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor who's driven to lead, inspire, and uphold the highest standards in meat processing.
In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring that our retail-ready products consistently exceed quality expectations.

What You'll Do: Lead and Develop a Quality Team : Utilise your leadership skills to inspire and coach a team of QA professionals, fostering a high-performance culture where quality is always the top priority.
Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards : Maintain our rigorous standards by applying your in-depth knowledge of HACCP , GFSI , Export regulations, and customer-related standards .
Your commitment will help us exceed expectations, consistently delivering top-quality, safe products.
Investigate and Resolve Issues : Conduct thorough root cause analyses to resolve quality issues swiftly and accurately, using a structured approach to problem-solving that gets to the heart of any challenge.

Desired Skills and Experience What We're Looking For: Experience in a similar QA supervisory role within a meat processing or food production environment .
Solid understanding of HACCP, GFSI, Export standards , and specific customer quality requirements .
Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques .
A strong track record of setting and achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment.
