Bim Coordinator

About The CompanyOur client is a National Tier 1 Electrical contractor and a leading provider of engineering, installation, and maintenance solutions for major clients across many hospitals, data centres, State & Federal Governments, including the Department of Defence.The role is both rewarding and challenging, offering an experienced BIM / Revit Specialist the opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team of 5 people (all BIM experts you can learn from), and a wider engineering team of 14 people. You will need to be a confident communicator and come with a pro-active mindset to work with Engineers, PMs, Site Managers, and Schedulers.What You'll be DoingCapturing site installed equipment with high attention to detail to ensure compliance to LOD 500 models.Managing and keeping electrical models up to date and correct in accordance with site installation to ensure compliance for As-Built.Managing workload and resourcing with the BIM Manager for the project over its lifetime.Producing and developing 3D documentation in Revit MEP and AutoCAD for electrical projects.Managing and maintaining project content (such as family setups) and sourcing any additional content as required.Coordinating and managing BIM project data sets/workflow and project setup.A Bit About YouExperience in delivering project documentation to LOD 400 or higher.Experience in a similar position on a large project ($500 million - $1 billion).Extensive experience with BIM software in a building engineering environment.Experience in delivering MEP BIM Projects in Australia.Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.White Card & Security Clearance (desirable).If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or email it directly to ****** this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.All applications will be treated in strictest confidence.
