Job Description WT has a rare opportunity to join the market leading Digitals team as a BIM Coordinator in Sydney, and play a critical role in supporting the BIM Manager in advancing our Building Information Modeling capabilities.
Reporting to the CIO, this position will be responsible for managing and coordinating all BIM-related activities from planning through to project completion to ensure that BIM projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality.

Responsibilities: Assist the BIM Manager in developing and implementing BIM project workflows.
Coordinate with various project stakeholders to ensure consistent application of BIM processes.
Support the integration of BIM technology with other digital engineering initiatives within the organization.
Maintain the BIM standards across projects, including templates, libraries, and model management.
Contribute to the development and enforcement of the company's BIM documentation and standards.
Provide training and support to project teams in BIM processes and tools.
Stay abreast of advancements in BIM technologies and processes, and organize upskilling sessions for the team as necessary.
Work closely with other departments to ensure BIM tools are effectively integrated into the wider digital strategy.
Liaise with external parties including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate the smooth exchange of BIM data.
Monitor the use and performance of BIM on projects and report on progress and issues.
Ensure that all BIM data is stored in line with the company's data management and security protocols.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in BIM coordination, ideally within a construction or quantity surveying environment.
Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, and other Autodesk products.
Understanding of BIM processes and technology with a strong grasp of the associated risks and benefits.
Demonstrated experience in IFC / open BIM.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with digital twins and integration with BIM.
Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python for BIM automation is highly regarded.
Experience with Revizto, Navisworks, Solibri would be desirable.
Experience with Cost X.
Understanding of post-Keynesian economics for the application of cost planning and analysis in BIM.
