Offering WFH flexibility, supportive work culture, and great career and leadership opportunities - you don't want to miss out!Job DescriptionYour main job duties will include:Oversee and lead daily operations of the billing department, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.Monitor team performance and manage KPIs to optimize billing workflows and increase efficiency.Support team members with training and development, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.Resolve complex billing issues and escalations with a patient-centric approach.Collaborate with finance, admissions, and clinical teams to ensure accurate data and documentation.Prepare and present regular reports on billing performance and trends for management.Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, government regulations, and industry standards.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have some healthcare industry experience, ideally at least 6 months.
They will have at least 2 years of AR or Billing experience and ideally have had exposure to team leadership.
