My client works in the legal sector. Due to company growth, they have created a new Billings Officer position to work alongside the current person in the role. They are based in the CBD and offer a very friendly and supportive work environment.
Your new role
Reporting to the Practice Manager you will be responsible for:
Generate and issue invoices to clients based on legal services rendered.Ensure timely delivery of invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.Liaise with clients to resolve billing enquiries and discrepancies.Provide clear and concise explanations of billing statements and charges.Prepare regular financial reports on billing activities and outstanding accounts.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure all billing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Maintain confidentiality and security of client financial information.What you'll need to succeed Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.3 years experience in a legal background.Experience using Elite 3E is desired.What you'll get in return Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Supportive and collaborative work environment.What you need to do now
