We are seeking a highly organised Billings Administration Officer to join our support services team. You will be part of a team of six working together who are responsible for going above and beyond internal expectations to process month-end revenue across the ANZ business.Join a large and reputable high performing global organisation6 month contractWork in a supportive and inclusive environmentWhat you'll do:As a Billings Officer, you will play an integral role in our support services team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing various financial transactions such as credits, invoicing, returns, rebates and accruals. You will also be expected to regularly liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise. In addition to these duties, you will participate in process improvement initiatives across the business and work across three different systems including SAP & JDE. Ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality performance is also a key part of your role.Process daily requests of credits, invoicing, returns, rebates & accruals.Regularly communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve issues.Participate in process improvement initiatives across the business.Working across three different systems including SAP & JDE.Assist with ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality performance is achieved.Perform other tasks as required by management.What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Billings Officer position brings proven experience in providing administrative support. Data entry experience is preferable along with SAP experience which would be highly desirable. You should have excellent email manners and be able to take ownership of your role. Your skill set should also include intermediate-advanced MS Excel abilities – specifically v lookups and pivot tables.
