The Role: This role would suit a medical receiptionist looking to progress their career or someone who has accounts/debtors experience who is looking to move into the health industry. The role of Billings Officer will be responsible for the timely billing and collection of hospital and medical claims. Liaising with sites for payments and banking, patient queries and complaints and ensuring the timely payment from health funds and third parties. This role is based out of our Brisbane Toowong Office and is close to public transport.
You will need to be a team player, with ability to work ndependently and as part of a team, with exceptional interpersonal skills both over the phone and face to face.
