RediMed has an exciting opportunity for a Billing Supervisor to join our team and oversee critical billing operations in our Joondalup office, working closely with a fantastic Finance team, reporting into the Financial Controller.

The Role Working with a collaborative Finance team, this role plays a pivotal part in overseeing the RediMed Back Office (RBO) Billing and Admin teams. As we continue to streamline and digitise our billing operations, you'll lead a team responsible for the daily billing of Private, Workcover, Public, and Pre-employment patients. You will also ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all billing activities while driving process improvements to support our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities Oversee our offshore and onshore billing team with your Vietnamese language skills, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all billing processes, including patient and provider queries.Drive the transformation and recommend improvements to our billing function, identifying cost-saving opportunities through technology, and identify and implement improvements.Supervise daily receipting processes, ensuring payments are reconciled in Genie and matched with bank statements to achieve KPIs, ensuring missed billing reports, poison permit bills, and onsite billing are up to date.Ensure compliance with Workcover, Private Health Fund, DVA, and Medicare regulations.This opportunity would suit a driven individual looking for a hands-on role, who is excited by the prospect of setting the strategic direction of RediMed at an exciting time of growth.
