Healthscope's Victorian Centralised Billing and Collections Hub is looking to employ a Collection Officer to join their busy team. The primary purpose of this role is to manage a portfolio of fund and patient related debt as per Healthscope payment terms, whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service and industry leading standards. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work both autonomously and within a team to achieve individual and team objectives.
