Billing Clerk

Hurricane Digital is looking for a new starter to help our local marketing agency with some clerical and finance related tasks!
In this role, you'll be key in drafting payroll, generating invoices, and handling some basic XERO functions. You'll work closely with your new team in all departments and assist the company in cataloguing its billing department.

Key Responsibilities:Draft payrollMonitor client billing, ensuring accounts are up-to-date.Handle and resolve client billing inquiries efficiently.Oversee accounts receivable and payable, maintaining accurate records.Reconcile monthly business expenses to ensure financial accuracy.Track outstanding paymentsCollaborate with the finance team to optimise and streamline billing processes.Assist with administrative duties as required to support the team.Key Requirements:• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
