For the right candidate, this is an amazing opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading professional engineering firms in an environment which encourages collaboration, communication, and innovation.The RoleWhilst accounting experience is desirable, the nature of the role lends itself to those with strong communication skills, good organisational skills, and solid basic Microsoft Office skills.Reporting to the Billing Lead, your main responsibilities will include:Managing the monthly billing cycle.Liaising with Engineers and assisting them in raising bills to their clients.Ensuring the accuracy of client information within our project management system.Responding to and resolving billing queries.Providing professional and superior customer service to clients (internal and external).Providing accurate and efficient analysis, reconciliations, and reporting as required by clients (internal and external).Ensuring clients' needs are met in accordance with billing requirements.Raising invoicing adjustments as required.QualificationsAccounting or bookkeeping qualification.At least four years' experience in a similar role.Good attention to detail and accuracy in the preparation of documents.Good understanding of bespoke software for the production of billings.Good understanding of client needs for billing.Good organisational skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office.The above position provides an excellent opportunity to join an established and continually expanding consultancy, as well as an attractive salary and benefits for the right candidate.The CompanyTTW employs over 400 staff across six offices in Australia and Asia.
