The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about community support. As the Revenue – Billings and Claims Officer, you will manage and resolve data integrity issues between our Customer Management System (CMS) and external funding sources to ensure accurate and timely billing and claims processing. Your analytical skills will be key in addressing discrepancies and optimising revenue processes.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will collaborate closely with our dynamic revenue team, working across the organisation to support financial operations.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and lodge revenue claims through the NDIS portal and other portal transactions/adjustments.Analyse and resolve NDIS portal claim anomalies and errors.Facilitate NDIS updates and other funder price changes into the CMS system.Support finance processes related to NDIS and fee for service claiming, including invoicing and debtor management.Collaborate with Allied Health and Support Services on matters relating to CMS and the NDIS portal.Assist with process improvements and procedure updates.Facilitate other ad hoc CMS data projects and potential system enhancements.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards and regulations.St Giles requires the following from you: NDIS knowledge together with plan management experience (highly desirable) but not essential.Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Microsoft products.Current or ability to apply for National Police Check (no older than 3 months).Current or ability to apply for Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check.What we offer: Community focused employer.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Salary Packaging.Health and wellbeing programs including EAP and corporate health insurance discount.Career development and training opportunities.Onsite parking.Join a community-focused employer that values teamwork and professional growth!
