The Role Freo Group are seeking a dedicated and passionate Billing Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis at our Branch in Mount Isa.
You will be responsible for but not limited to: Costing and invoicingProcessing client purchase ordersEntering dockets into scheduler program, checking completeness of job cardsAssisting with any account queries and credit note requestsEntering and uploading data into third party invoice payment systemOther duties as directed by the Branch Manager, Accountant - Senior Revenue and Financial ControllerWe are looking for candidates with the following attributes: Sound communication skillsIntermediate to advanced computer skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to prioritise workloadSignificant exposure to administration and accountsCert IV in Business, Bookkeeping or similar (Desirable)How to Apply: Please use the 'apply now' link and follow the application process.
