This role provides administrative and billing support to the billings team and internal customers.
ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to billing queries via telephone and email from internal customers.Action allocated emails and queries from the inbox and escalate when needed.Manage standard set up and maintenance of customer information in the system.Schedule invoices in the system – contract fees, chargebacks, and disbursement.Process assigned approved credit requests and re-issue invoices accordingly.Process change requests for particular invoices (e.g. Change of invoicing person, PO numbers, invoice text, etc).Action change requirements during Mid-month and EOM invoicing run.Handle any ad hoc billing requests.Where permitted by law, company employees must be fully immunized to access a TELUS Health office or customer premises.
