We are currently seeking a highly motivated and competent individual to join our GoToBenefits Division as a Sales Representative for our Life & Benefits Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and contact prospects in both personal and business markets along with existing account referrals to determine insurance needs, make informed product recommendations while effectively growing our business through a relationship-based approach;Servicing existing clients and conducting renewal consultations to ensure our offerings meet clients' needs and providing opportunities and solutions to ensure their overall satisfaction;Be accountable for achieving assigned sales targets in areas of new business and retention;Remain current and up to date on industry product knowledge;Document preparation and explanations including quotes, applications and changes;Build positive working relationships with internal and external parties, including networking at industry events.QUALIFICATIONS LLQP (Life License) with prior life, health and group sales experience;CEBS Designation, or be willing to obtain;Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle;Some travel primarily throughout New Brunswick, but may also include other Atlantic Provinces;Highly motivated with a passion for relationship building and a desire to find the best solutions;Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, client management systems and navigation of quoting software;Superior organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Ability to convey complex, detailed information in a clear and concise manner;Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.Why join our team?
