KHG currently is seeking an experienced Bilingual (Mandarin) Site Manager to join our team on an 8:6 roster.
Position Overview:The Bilingual Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring efficient project execution, and maintaining strong communication with team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in site management.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients in both Mandarin and English.Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and safety standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with regulations.Manage site logistics, including resource allocation, equipment management, and inventory control.Prepare and present reports on project status, budgetary concerns, and safety metrics.Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.Qualifications: Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Minimum 4 years of experience in site management or construction supervision.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Relevant certifications are a plus.What We Offer: Attractive and competitive salary and benefits package.Immediate start.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A collaborative and supportive work culture.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience to .
