The purpose of the Bilingual Health Educator is to support the implementation of True's National Sexual and Reproductive, 'Health in my Language' program and to conduct bilingual health education sessions with women and men in community settings.
Additionally, you will conduct Sexual and Reproductive health education sessions within the community's preferred languages and participate in planning and evaluation of workshop modules, health promotion, and training programs.

Selection Criteria Knowledge of the following principles relating to:Knowledge of women's health issuesMigrant and refugee experiencesFacilitation skills; and/orCommunity engagement experiencesDemonstrated project management skills, facilitation, and education and training skillsFluency in one of the following languages: Pasifika, Swahili, Spanish, and Kurdish KurmunjiStrong written communication skills, including experience in writing reports and stakeholder communicationsExperience in consultation and collaboration with relevant government and community organisations; and the development of partnershipsComputer literacy in Microsoft and online learning systemsAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
